Nucleating Agent 3988 is widely used in Homo-PP, impact-PP, LLDPE. It also can be used in HDPE, polyformaldehyde, PET, nylon and PU.
It supplies nucleus and accelerates the rate of crystallization, which makes the structure of crystal grain finer. Accordingly, many characteristics of the product can be improved, including the firm of the material, the temperature of heating distortion, stability, transparent performance and the degree of surface polish. Additionally, Nucleating Agent 3988 can reduce the cycle of product molding and extend processing ways, then enhance the smooth of product exterior.
The recommended dosage in PP is 0.1%-0.35%, and can used with whiteruss or other dispersant.
