After uniform dispersion, carry out conventional elastomer injection, extrusion or calendaring production. Complete stable thermal expansion and closed-cell forming during 170–220℃ processing. Adjust microsphere dosage, processing temperature and production speed appropriately according to target lightweight standard and product surface requirements. Keep sealed and moisture-proof during production and storage.
