Product Overview

300cst C12-C14 Alkyl Aryl Silicone Oil is specially developed modified silicone fluid for non-ferrous metal processing. Different from ordinary dimethyl silicone oil, alkyl and aryl side chains are grafted onto silicone main chain, significantly improving high-temperature anti-oxidation capacity and compatibility with mineral oils. When formulated into aluminum extrusion oil, stamping oil or cutting fluid, it maintains stable lubricating performance at high temperatures, reduces scratches on aluminum alloy surfaces and prolongs mold service life.

Usage Guidance

Storage & Package

Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high-temperature environment. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
