Anti-yellow Silicone Light Diffusion Microspheres are injection molding grade spherical optical additives developed specifically for PC lampshade manufacturing. Built with stable cross-linked silicone molecular structure, this material delivers remarkable thermal stability and long-term anti-yellowing performance. Different from common diffuser materials, it can resist thermal oxidation and ultraviolet erosion during high-temperature processing and long-term lighting operation. Regular spherical microspheres disperse uniformly within PC resin to form homogeneous three-dimensional light scattering structure, removing harsh glare and obvious light spots. It maintains an ideal balance between light transmittance and haze, producing soft and consistent light effect. The product has excellent compatibility with PC raw materials, will not cause degradation of substrate resin, and is perfectly suitable for continuous mass injection molding of transparent PC lamp housings.

Usage Guidance
Adjust the specific addition proportion according to target haze and light transmittance requirements. Mix silicone microspheres with PC pellets evenly by mixing equipment before feeding. Adopt standard processing parameters of PC material. Avoid prolonged high-temperature retention of mixed materials, so as to guarantee uniform dispersion and stable optical performance of finished PC lampshades.
Packaging and Storage
The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to prevent particle agglomeration caused by moisture absorption. Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from direct sunlight and humid environment. Remember to seal packaging tightly after each taking. Under appropriate storage conditions, the product can maintain stable performance within the shelf life.
