Our bulk‑grade PP nucleating agent is sorbitol‑acetal clarifier, chemical name bis(4‑propylbenzylidene) propyl sorbitol, CAS 882073‑43‑0. It is fine pale‑violet powder, odorless, practically insoluble in water, minimum purity 97.5%, melting point ≥245℃, moisture max 1.0wt%. The faint violet hue will fully vanish during PP melt‑processing and will not bring color deviation to finished polypropylene products.

This clarifier creates dense micro‑crystal network inside polypropylene melt while cooling, greatly cuts haze and boosts transparency, surface gloss and product stiffness. It works at lower processing temperature compared with old‑generation clarifiers, saving production energy and shortening molding cycle time. It meets food‑contact requirements, fit for food containers, medical PP articles, household transparent goods, BOPP film and PP sheet extrusion. Recommended adding dosage ranges 0.1%‑0.5% based on target transparency requirement.

All bulk productions are finished in ISO‑certified workshop. Each batch undergoes strict lab inspection for purity, melting point, moisture, particle size and appearance before delivery.
