Application Scope

Widely used for polypropylene modification requiring high rigidity and high dimensional stability. Suitable for automotive PP components, home appliance structural parts, industrial plastic shells, thick-wall injection products and PP engineering materials. It is a preferred additive for PP stiffening, anti-shrinkage and anti-warpage modification.

Usage Method

Mix NA-11 powder evenly with PP resin particles directly. It can also be made into masterbatch in advance for more even addition. Process with standard PP molding parameters. Adjust dosage according to actual mechanical strength and dimensional accuracy requirements of finished products.

Packaging: 20kg paper-plastic composite bag with PE inner lining, moisture-proof and dust-proof.

Storage: Store in dry, cool and ventilated place. Keep tightly sealed to avoid moisture absorption and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 24 months under proper conditions.
