Usage Guide
Add expandable microspheres into puff ink under low-speed stirring and disperse slowly to homogeneity. Avoid high-speed shear stirring to prevent microsphere breakage and premature foaming. Conduct screen printing with prepared puff ink. Complete foaming and stereo embossing by medium-temperature drying and baking. Adjust dosage, baking temperature and holding time to obtain ideal bulging effect. Keep sealed and moisture-proof during storage.
