WU Grade Aqueous Dispersion Expandable Microspheres CAS 38742-70-0 is a thermally expandable foaming modifier customized for waterborne adhesive systems. The product exists in stable aqueous dispersion state, solving the poor dispersion problem of dry microspheres in water-based adhesives. It can be mixed evenly with various water-based adhesives directly without pre-dispersion grinding.

Microspheres remain inactive under normal temperature and will not expand in advance during mixing. In the heating curing process of adhesives, microspheres expand controllably to form uniform closed-cell structures inside adhesive layers. It reduces adhesive density, cuts raw material cost, and optimizes cushioning, heat insulation and sound absorption performance. Meanwhile, it maintains stable bonding force.
