Calcium Pimelate CAS 15402-75-2 is a high-efficiency beta nucleating agent specially developed for automotive polypropylene plastics. It can selectively induce polypropylene to generate stable β crystal structure, effectively improve material ductility, flexibility and impact toughness. The additive relieves internal stress of PP parts, lowers cracking risk during assembly and long-term service. Usage Guide
Dry mix Calcium Pimelate powder uniformly with PP raw pellets before molding. Direct addition is available for conventional injection molding. For better dispersion and consistent modification effect, twin-screw granulation is recommended to prepare beta nucleating masterbatch. Adjust the dosage according to ductility targets, product wall thickness and actual production process parameters.
