Carbon Fiber PLA Filament is engineering‑grade reinforced 3D printing filament with 1.75mm diameter and 1kg spool. It is compounded with 20% carbon fiber into PLA base material. It delivers higher rigidity, stiffness and lower shrinkage than ordinary PLA. Printed parts own light weight and stable dimension. Suitable for functional rigid components, jigs and lightweight prototype production on desktop FDM 3D printers.
Carbon Fiber PLA Filament is high‑performance reinforced FDM 3D printing consumable. Each spool contains 1kg filament with standard 1.75mm diameter. 20 % carbon fiber is uniformly dispersed inside PLA polymer matrix. This modification greatly boosts rigidity and tensile stiffness, reduces part warping and creep deformation. It is developed for lightweight rigid functional parts, fixture tools and engineering prototype applications.
Recommended nozzle temperature: 210‑230℃ Recommended bed temperature: 40‑60℃ Suggested print speed: 40‑70mm/s Carbon fiber is abrasive. Hardened steel nozzle is strongly recommended; regular brass nozzle will wear quickly. Dry filament before printing if moisture occurs to eliminate bubbles and poor layer bonding. Increase cooling fan speed for better dimensional accuracy.
Net Weight: 1kg per spool Packaging: Vacuum‑sealed bag with desiccant inside Store in cool, dry and shaded place. Avoid high‑humidity environment. Reseal tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption.
