The solid lubricant particles are evenly suspended inside the grease matrix without sedimentation. They form a durable transfer film on contact surfaces during mechanical movement, lowering direct friction between plastic‑plastic or plastic‑metal mating parts and alleviating plastic surface scuffing and micro‑cracking.
When coated on plastic gear tooth surfaces, rotary knob contact interfaces and sliding track raceways, the grease builds a continuous viscoelastic lubricating layer. This viscous layer absorbs micro‑impact generated during gear meshing and knob rotation, restraining rattling, clicking and chattering noise.
