After dilution, it can be evenly coated on mold surface to form a thin isolating silicone film. It effectively prevents rubber stock from sticking to metal molds, ensures smooth demolding of tires and rubber goods. The emulsion features stable system, easy dilution and leaves little residue on finished rubber products.

60% Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion CAS 63148-62-9 is nonionic water-based dimethyl silicone emulsion with 60% active content. Adopt 1000cst dimethyl silicone oil as raw material, matched with specialized emulsifier system. When diluted with clean water and sprayed or brushed onto molds, the silicone component separates out and forms continuous hydrophobic release film. This product is customized release medium for tire vulcanization and all kinds of molded rubber manufacturing.

Usage Guidance

Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store at 5–35℃, prevent freezing and long-time direct sunlight. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage conditions.
