200cst Epoxy Silicone Fluid (CAS 67762-96-3) is reactive epoxy modified silicone textile finishing agent customized for polyester sewing thread. Its unique molecular structure combines flexible siloxane segments and reactive epoxy groups. Compared with conventional non-reactive silicone oil, it avoids easy desorption during washing. The product evenly covers fiber surface, effectively solving common issues including yarn fuzzing, needle abrasion, thread breakage and needle melting in high-speed sewing processes.

Keep drums tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and sustained high temperature. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
