The lithium soap forms a stable three‑dimensional thickener network, establishing consistent NLGI 2 working consistency. At the lower service limit of‑30℃, the grease retains adequate flow property to avoid sharp increase of starting torque. Under continuous running up to 120℃, it resists rapid softening and dripping within standard service intervals.
When filled into rolling and plain bearings for industrial motors, ventilation fans and centrifugal pumps, the grease forms a continuous lubricating film on raceways, rolling elements and cage surfaces. It reduces metal‑to‑metal contact friction during continuous rotary operation and alleviates surface fatigue wear of bearing components. Under moderate cyclic mechanical shearing generated by bearing rotation, the grease maintains its structural integrity and restrains excessive oil separation.
The antioxidant additive system slows thermal‑oxidative ageing of the mineral base oil during sustained equipment running, delaying sludge formation. Anti‑rust ingredients provide effective protection for bearing steel against condensed moisture and humid ambient air, which frequently occurs inside factory workshops and pump installation zones.
It is applicable for periodic re‑greasing during equipment maintenance as well as initial filling for standard‑specification industrial bearings of electric motors, centrifugal fans, water pumps and general rotating machinery. Proper bearing filling ratio should be followed. Over‑filling inside the bearing housing will cause heavy churning friction, generate extra heat and shorten grease service life.
Do not mix this general‑purpose lithium grease with polyurea, complex‑sulfonate or PFPE fluorinated greases. Incompatible blending will break the thickener network, trigger oil bleeding and weaken anti‑rust and temperature‑resistant performance. Store in tightly sealed original containers within cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to retain NLGI 2 consistency for industrial bearings on motors, fans and pumps.
