The lithium‑soap three‑dimensional network maintains stable grease consistency under repeated mechanical shear generated by heavy‑duty bearing rotation. At‑20℃ low ambient temperature, the grease retains acceptable fluidity to avoid excessive starting resistance for mining equipment after cold shutdown. At maximum continuous operating temperature of 110℃, it delays softening and oil separation.
When filled into heavy‑duty rolling and plain bearings for mining machinery, the grease adheres firmly to raceways, rolling elements and cage surfaces to build a continuous boundary lubricating film. Mining equipment frequently suffers severe intermittent shock and peak heavy loads. The extreme‑pressure additives form solid protective reaction layers on metal contact spots under high contact pressure, preventing metal scuffing, pitting and seizure of bearing working surfaces.
Under harsh on‑site mining conditions with dust, humidity and splash water, the anti‑rust additives defend bearing steel against corrosion. The antioxidant system suppresses thermal‑oxidative ageing of the mineral base oil during continuous equipment operation, extending relubrication cycles for field‑service mining machinery.
It is suitable for routine maintenance re‑greasing of heavy roller bearings, conveyor bearings, crusher bearings and other heavy bearing assemblies installed on underground and open‑pit mining equipment. Proper filling quantity is critical. Over‑filling inside bearing housings creates excessive churning heat during rotation, elevates operating temperature and accelerates grease deterioration.
Do not mix this lithium EP mining grease with polyurea, calcium sulfonate or fluorinated PFPE greases. Incompatible blending will break the thickener structure, sharply reduce extreme‑pressure performance and shorten field service life. Store in tightly sealed original containers within cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to retain original consistency and high‑load EP performance for heavy‑duty bearings of mining equipment.
