It has excellent heat resistance, broad-spectrum antibacterial and powerful deodorizing effect. The powder can be blended into polymers or coated on fiber materials, widely used for shoe insoles, footwear components and nonwoven fabrics. It suppresses bacteria growth and cuts unpleasant sweat odor, suitable for breathable hygiene textile and footwear products.

JSYA-AGZ inorganic silver antimicrobial is an inorganic ion-exchange antibacterial powder. Active silver ions are immobilized inside porous zeolite crystal framework. It differs from organic antimicrobial agents with outstanding thermal stability and low volatility. The white fine powder shows good dispersion in polymer and fiber systems. Silver ions release slowly to restrain harmful bacteria and fungi reproduction on product surface, realizing long-lasting antibacterial and anti-odor function. It will not greatly damage the original physical properties of base materials.

Applications

JSYA-AGZ silver ion antimicrobial is developed for footwear, shoe insole and nonwoven fabric applications. For footwear & shoe insoles: Mix with TPE, EVA, PU and other materials for antibacterial shoe insoles, shoe linings and shoe inner components. It inhibits bacteria generated from foot sweat, effectively removing bad odor and improving wearing hygiene and comfort. For nonwoven fabric: It can be added during fiber spinning or post-coating process for hygiene nonwoven fabrics, widely applied in disposable hygiene textiles. The additive maintains stable anti-microbial effect under common processing temperature. Addition amount can be adjusted according to target antibacterial and deodorant requirements.
