The lithium‑soap three‑dimensional network maintains stable grease consistency under continuous mechanical shearing generated by bearing rotation in metallurgical workshop conditions. The selected non‑heavy‑metal extreme‑pressure additives build effective protective boundary films without introducing hazardous metallic elements.
When applied to general rolling bearings and plain sliding bearings of metallurgical machinery, the grease adheres to raceways, rolling elements and cage surfaces to form continuous lubricating films. Under intermittent moderate shock loads occurring during material handling and metal processing operations, the EP additives reduce the risk of metal scuffing, pitting and seizure at contact interfaces.

It is suitable for routine maintenance re‑greasing for general conveyor bearings, auxiliary fan bearings, transfer mechanism bearings and other standard bearing assemblies of steel‑making and metallurgical equipment.
