Product Overview

2000cst Long Chain Alkyl Silicone is specially developed modified silicone fluid for synthetic PU leather industry. Traditional dimethyl silicone oil is poorly compatible with PU slurry, easily causing blooming, printing failure and poor coating adhesion. Thanks to long-chain alkyl modification, this product can disperse evenly in polyurethane solutions. It forms an ultra-thin isolating film at the contact interface, ensuring smooth demolding. Meanwhile, it retains good surface activity without interfering with post-processing procedures of synthetic leather.

Usage Guidance

Can be directly blended into PU slurry or dissolved in solvent as release agent component. Recommended dosage: 0.2% ~ 1.2% relative to PU resin weight. Adjust dosage based on leather thickness, peeling requirements and production speed. Complete small-scale trial production to test release effect and surface adhesion before mass production.

Storage & Package

Keep iron drums tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid long-term direct sunlight and high temperature environment. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
