Low‑VOC Zirconium Octoate 12% Zr CAS 22464‑99‑9 is zirconium 2‑ethylhexanoate lead‑free secondary drier adopting low‑volatile carrier system. It cannot work as independent surface drier and must be compounded with cobalt‑manganese drier combinations. Different from conventional solvent‑rich zirconium octoate, it lowers VOC input brought by drier itself. It accelerates inner‑film oxidative cross‑linking reaction and upgrades mechanical properties of cured coatings. It mixes well with various high‑solids alkyd resins and maintains stable catalytic activity throughout storage and industrial batch production.
