Key Performance & TDSThe core-shell structure of MBS disperses finely within PVC matrix. The polybutadiene elastic core absorbs impact force and inhibits crack expansion, greatly raising impact strength of transparent PVC. The outer PMMA shell ensures good interfacial bonding with PVC resin, maintaining excellent transparency and low haze for finished film. It offers balanced processing performance during calendering and extrusion of PVC film. It has good compatibility with PVC resin, heat stabilizers, plasticizers and other common PVC additives. Fine powder achieves uniform dispersion in high-speed mixing, avoiding fish eyes and specks on transparent film surface. It keeps good surface gloss and mechanical property of clear PVC products.
