Product Overview
125cst Methyl Phenyl Silicone Oil (CAS 63148-58-3) is synthetic methyl phenyl polysiloxane. Compared with ordinary dimethyl silicone oil, it achieves better low-temperature fluidity while retaining silicone’s intrinsic heat resistance. Formulated for extreme cold working conditions, this silicone lubricant solves the problems of lubricant solidification, viscosity surge and ineffective lubrication under low temperature. It is an ideal special lubricating medium for aerospace and cryogenic industrial facilities.
Key Features
- Excellent low-temperature resistance, maintains fluidity at -60℃
- Small viscosity variation with temperature, stable lubricating capacity
- Low pour point, avoids solidification in ultra-low temperature environment
- Good anti-oxidation property, long service cycle
- Chemical inertness, non-corrosive to metal alloy precision parts
Main Applications
- Lubricant for aerospace precision mechanical components
- Aviation equipment operating in high-altitude low-temperature environment
- Cryogenic test chamber and low-temperature experimental apparatus
- Outdoor machinery and instruments used in frigid regions
- Bearings, sliding parts under wide temperature fluctuation conditions
Usage Guidance
Suitable for bearing, gear, guide rail and precision transmission component lubrication. Can be used via oil dripping, brushing or circulating oil supply. Do not mix with mineral oil, hydrocarbon lubricants, acid and alkaline substances. Keep the system sealed to prevent moisture and particle contamination.
