The lithium soap forms a firm structural network which improves mechanical stability under persistent vibration. Good structural integrity reduces the tendency of grease to flow downward and drip from vertically‑oriented shaft bearing housings.
When applied to rolling bearings, sliding plain bearings and vertical shaft assemblies inside industrial plants, the grease adheres firmly onto raceways, sliding surfaces and shaft journals to form a continuous boundary lubricating film. Under sustained high‑frequency mechanical vibration, the grease resists separation of base oil from thickener matrix. The extreme‑pressure additives build protective reaction films on metal contact points to mitigate scuffing and surface wear when transient shock loads occur during equipment operation.
The antioxidant additive system slows thermal‑oxidative ageing of mineral base oil during long‑term running. Anti‑rust components protect bearing and shaft steel surfaces against humid workshop air and condensed moisture, avoiding corrosion spots that would accelerate component abrasion.
It is suitable for routine maintenance re‑greasing of horizontal rolling bearings, plain sliding bearings, vertical fan shafts, vertical mixer shafts and general rotating equipment within manufacturing plants. The filling quantity for vertical shaft bearing chambers should be controlled carefully. Excessive grease filling increases the risk of dripping under gravity and vibration, and generates extra churning heat to shorten grease service life.
Do not mix this multi‑purpose EP lithium grease with polyurea, complex calcium‑sulfonate or fluorinated PFPE greases. Incompatible blending will disrupt the thickener network, trigger oil bleeding, weaken vibration‑resistant adhesion and reduce extreme‑pressure performance. Store in tightly sealed original containers inside cool, dry indoor warehouse. Avoid prolonged high‑temperature storage to retain mechanical stability for rolling, sliding bearings and high‑vibration vertical shaft applications in general industrial plants.
