Usage Guide

Mix nano silica powder evenly with PET/PBT polyester particles through dry blending before processing. It can be directly added for conventional injection molding and extrusion production. For better dispersion and more stable crystallization promotion effect, twin-screw granulation is recommended to prepare modified masterbatch. The dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to the required crystallization speed, product precision and actual processing technology.
