Chem Identity

JSYA-AGN nano silver anti-odor agent is stable aqueous dispersion of metallic silver nanoparticles, CAS 7440-22-4. Nano silver particles attach to microbial cell membranes and disrupt cell metabolism, effectively inhibiting E.coli, S.aureus and fungi. These microbes are the main source of sweat odor on socks and sportswear. Compared with conventional ionic silver antimicrobials, nano silver achieves outstanding antibacterial and deodorant effects with very low addition rate. It has good compatibility with common textile finishing baths and will not seriously affect fabric color and softness.

JSYA-AGN nano silver anti-odor agent is specially formulated for sock textile and sportswear industry. For socks: Used in padding or dip finishing of cotton, polyester, polyamide and blended sock materials. It kills odor-causing bacteria generated from foot sweat, keeping socks fresh after long-time wearing. For sportswear: Applied on athletic jerseys, leggings, sports underwear and fitness knitted fabrics. It reduces unpleasant odor during heavy sweating exercise, maintains fabric breathability and soft touch. It can be used in continuous textile finishing line. The addition dosage can be adjusted according to target anti-odor and antibacterial test requirements.
