35% Nonionic Silicone Emulsion (CAS 63148-62-9) is water-based emulsion stabilized by nonionic surfactant with dimethyl silicone oil as raw material. During rubber and plastic forming processes, water evaporates to form continuous lubricating isolation layer. It effectively prevents polymer materials from sticking to molds, reduces product burrs and surface flaws. The nonionic system features broad compatibility, widely used auxiliary for plastic injection and vulcanized rubber processing.
Product Overview
35% Nonionic Silicone Emulsion is medium concentration waterborne silicone lubricant specially developed for rubber and plastic manufacturing industry. It is formulated with dimethyl silicone oil and optimized nonionic emulsifiers. After being coated onto mold surface, moisture evaporates and silicone spreads evenly to build heat-resistant lubricating barrier. It minimizes sticking issues during high-temperature molding, improves the surface gloss of plastic and rubber products. Thanks to nonionic properties, the emulsion can be matched with most common processing auxiliaries without easily breaking emulsion.

Usage Guidance
Dilute with clean water according to product structure and molding temperature, typical dilution ratio:1:3 ~1:7. Evenly spray on cleaned mold surface. Complete small-scale molding trial to confirm optimal concentration. Avoid long-term mixing with strong high-concentration anion additives.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent freezing and prolonged high-temperature exposure. Standard package:200kg plastic drum. Shelf life:6 months under proper storage. Stir fully before use if slight stratification occurs.
