OH Polymer is hydroxyl‑terminated polydimethylsiloxane base polymer, CAS 70131‑67‑8. This RTV‑2 condensation‑cure raw material is customized for prototype manufacturing and rapid tooling industry. Viscosity and hydroxyl value are strictly controlled for each batch. After mixing with reinforcing fillers and curing system, it forms elastic silicone rubber which can accurately copy micro‑surface features of original samples. Processing Suggestions

Complete feeding, kneading and mixing operations under strictly moisture‑free workshop environment. Avoid moisture contamination in full production workflow, moisture will cause incomplete curing and surface tacky defects.

Storage & Packing

Packed in sealed 200kg iron drum. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Keep drum tightly sealed. Protect from humidity, high temperature and direct sunlight.
