500cst Phenyl Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 225927-21-9) is transparent phenyl vinyl modified polysiloxane. Phenyl structure provides high refractive index, and terminal vinyl groups enable crosslinking reaction with hydrogen-containing silicone oil under platinum catalyst. Cured silicone features high light transmittance and outstanding thermal anti-yellowing performance. Widely used as base polymer for high-power LED encapsulation silicone materials.

500cst Phenyl Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 225927-21-9) is synthesized phenyl vinyl co-functionalized silicone fluid. The introduction of phenyl groups greatly improves refractive index, light extraction efficiency for LED devices. Reactive vinyl groups are uniformly distributed on molecular chains to achieve controllable crosslink density after curing. It has superior compatibility with phenyl hydrogen silicone oil and MQ resins, specially developed for high refractive index LED encapsulant formulation.

Usage Guidance
Mix evenly with phenyl hydrogen silicone crosslinker and platinum catalyst according to formula ratio. Adjust formulation to control hardness, transparency and heat resistance. Avoid contact with sulfur, amine, tin compounds and heavy metals which cause catalyst poisoning.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly, store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
