Application Scope
This photocatalytic nano zinc oxide is mainly used for industrial glass self-cleaning coating. Widely applied in architectural curtain wall glass, residential window glass, photovoltaic panel protective coating, car window glass, display protective glass and glass handicraft functional coating. It can also be used for transparent self-cleaning coatings on ceramic, plastic and other substrates to remove organic pollutants and realize surface self-cleaning.
Usage Guide
Add photocatalytic nano ZnO in the coating grinding and dispersion process. Use high-speed stirring or sand milling to achieve uniform dispersion. Adjust dosage according to requirements of transparency and photocatalytic efficiency. It is recommended to conduct film-forming test, light transmittance test and photocatalytic performance test before mass production. Seal the product for storage to prevent moisture absorption and agglomeration which may weaken photocatalytic activity.
