1000cst Polyether Silicone Oil (CAS 68937-54-2) is professional silicone surfactant customized for rigid polyurethane insulation foam. The balanced amphiphilic molecular structure offers outstanding emulsification and foam stabilizing capacity in polyol and isocyanate system. It continuously protects bubble framework throughout foaming and curing, effectively solving common defects such as large voids, shrinkage and poor thermal insulation of rigid foam.

Usage Guidance

Normal dosage range: 1.0%–3.0% calculated on polyether polyol. Mix uniformly into polyether component in advance. Adjust dosage according to foam density, foaming method and formulation system. Small-scale foaming test is required before formal mass production.

Storage & Package

Keep drums tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid long-term high temperature storage. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
