The product homogenizes surface tension of wet film, effectively eliminates coating defects such as orange peel and shrinkage holes without inhibiting UV crosslinking reaction. It improves surface smoothness and scratch resistance, widely used as leveling agent for UV coatings and UV printing inks.

200cst Polyether Silicone Oil (CAS 68937-54-2) is professional surface control additive customized for UV curable systems. Optimized viscosity and polyether chain structure ensure great miscibility with UV monomers and oligomers. During coating leveling and UV irradiation curing, it stably distributes on coating surface to balance surface tension, solving uneven flow defects while maintaining high curing efficiency of UV formulations.

Usage Guidance

Storage & Package

Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct strong UV light and high temperature. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
