Polypropylene Wax Emulsion Fine Dispersion is a fine‑particle non‑ionic aqueous polypropylene wax dispersion developed as direct replacement for Aquaslip 662. The finely dispersed PP wax particles migrate to coating surface during film curing, delivering outstanding anti‑blocking and mar‑resistant performance. This wax emulsion exhibits good heat‑resistance compared to PE‑based wax emulsions. It is widely used for OEM industrial water‑borne coatings and compatible with acrylic, polyurethane resi
Polypropylene Wax Emulsion Fine Dispersion (CAS 9003‑07‑0, Aquaslip 662 Equivalent) is a fine‑dispersion non‑ionic aqueous polypropylene wax emulsion. Owing to the inherent higher melting point of polypropylene wax, this product delivers superior thermal anti‑blocking performance at elevated temperature compared with standard polyethylene wax emulsions. Fine controlled particle size reduces heavy matting effect and preserves acceptable surface gloss. It is an ideal functional wax additive for custom‑formulated OEM industrial water‑based coatings and multiple water‑borne surface finishing systems, serving as cost‑effective alternative to Aquaslip 662.
Recommended addition dosage ranges from 1.2‑6.0 % based on total formulation weight. Add slowly with moderate stirring during letdown stage after grinding procedure. Avoid excessive high‑speed shearing after feeding this wax emulsion to prevent coagulation. Pre‑testing for compatibility, anti‑blocking and gloss performance in target formula is strongly recommended before mass production.
Keep containers tightly sealed, store in cool and dry warehouse within 5‑30℃. Protect emulsion from freezing and direct strong sunlight. Avoid prolonged storage under high ambient temperature. Gentle slow stirring is acceptable if slight sedimentation occurs after long‑term storage.
This industrial wax emulsion is only for industrial coating formulation, not for food or cosmetic applications. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during material handling. Refer to the corresponding MSDS for detailed safety operation guidelines.
