CAS 38742-70-0 DU Type Thermoplastic Microspheres Dry Powder Blowing Agent for Plastic Extrusion
Product Overview
DU Type Thermoplastic Microspheres CAS 38742-70-0 is dry powder thermally expandable blowing agent optimized for plastic extrusion. The microspheres keep stable under low temperature, without premature expansion during feeding and mixing. When heated to target temperature inside extruder, microspheres expand uniformly to form dense closed-cell structure.
It realizes lightweight modification of extruded plastic products, lowers material density and cuts raw material cost. It offers smooth product surface, stable foaming rate and good compatibility with multiple thermoplastics. It avoids large holes, bubbling and surface defects, being a reliable foaming additive for plastic extrusion production.
Core Features
- Dry powder form, easy feedingFree-flowing powder, suitable for automatic feeding system of extrusion equipment.
- Controllable expansion temperatureStable performance in mixing stage; expand uniformly within designed temperature window.
- Fine closed-cell foam structureProduce even tiny cells, support smooth surface of extruded profiles.
- Wide thermoplastic compatibilityCompatible with PP, PE, PVC, TPE and other common extrusion plastics.
- Reduce density & save costEffectively lower finished product weight and decrease raw material consumption.
- Low residual odor & eco-friendlyPhysical foaming mechanism, less volatile substances, meet general environmental requirements.
