Refined Petroleum Microcrystalline Wax is high‑melting‑point fully‑refined petroleum microcrystalline wax developed as direct drop‑in replacement for Paracera H. It features fine crystal structure, low oil content and excellent thermal stability. Within ink and coating formulations, it improves surface slip, scratch‑resistance and anti‑blocking performance. For hot‑melt adhesive systems, it regulates melt viscosity, adjusts setting speed and enhances adhesive cohesion. This wax exhibits good com
Refined Petroleum Microcrystalline Wax (CAS 63231‑60‑7, Paracera H Equivalent) is highly refined petroleum‑derived microcrystalline wax with compact fine crystal structure. Strict refining process reduces residual oil content and improves high‑temperature resistance. When incorporated into industrial ink and coating, the wax migrates to the surface after film formation, delivering anti‑blocking, slip and scratch‑resistant properties. In hot‑melt adhesive production, it effectively modulates melt viscosity, balances open‑time and solidification rate, and reinforces internal cohesive strength of adhesive. It also works as a conditioning component for diverse specialty industrial formulations. This grade acts as a cost‑effective imported substitute for Paracera H for ink, coating and adhesive manufacturers.
For ink and coating formulations, typical dosage ranges 1.0‑3.5 % of total formulation weight. For hot‑melt adhesive systems, recommended addition is 6‑18 %. Feed the wax together with resins and tackifiers under high‑temperature melting and mixing. It is strongly recommended to conduct laboratory trials before mass‑scale production to verify melt behaviour, setting speed and finished‑product performance.
Store sealed sacks in dry, well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid overheating. Reseal sacks promptly after partial discharging.
This refined petroleum microcrystalline wax is for industrial manufacturing only, not for food or cosmetic applications. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles during material handling. Please refer to the corresponding MSDS for complete safety operation instructions.
