Silicone-Free Rubber Release Agent Organic Ester-Based, No Post-Bonding or Painting Interference for Rubber Tube

This silicone‑free rubber release agent adopts high‑purity organic ester as the primary active ingredient, compounded with selected lubricating additives, wetting agents and hydrocarbon carrier. It contains no silicone raw materials. After spraying or wiping onto mandrel or mold surfaces for rubber tube vulcanization, the carrier evaporates and forms a uniform heat‑resistant ester‑based lubricating separating layer. During rubber curing, this release film prevents hot rubber compound from adheri

Product Detail Page: This organic ester‑based release agent is produced by precise blending of selected synthetic ester base with lubricating and surface‑wetting additives. Filtration is implemented to remove insoluble impurities. Each production batch is inspected for lubricity, thermal stability and demolding performance to maintain consistent quality for rubber tube manufacturing.

Rubber tube and rubber hose production often uses metal mandrels during vulcanization. Conventional silicone‑containing release agents leave invisible silicone residues on the inner and outer surfaces of rubber tubes. Even trace silicone contamination can severely weaken adhesive strength when rubber tubes need subsequent bonding to fittings. Silicone residues also generate craters, fish‑eyes and repellent spots during outer‑surface painting. Many existing wax‑type silicone‑free release agents tend to form brittle release films; these crack under high‑temperature‑pressure vulcanization, resulting in local sticking, scratches and surface defects on tubular rubber parts.

After proper application on clean metal mandrels or mold cavities, the volatile carrier evaporates quickly, leaving a continuous organic‑ester lubricating film. Under the high‑temperature conditions of rubber vulcanization, the separating layer maintains sufficient lubricity. It prevents cross‑linking hot rubber compound from welding onto metal mandrel surfaces, so cured rubber tubes can be smoothly stripped off the mandrels without tearing or scratching. Without silicone migration, finished rubber tubes are suitable for direct bonding with connectors as well as outer‑layer painting and coating operations.

Although the formula avoids silicone contamination, excessive coating thickness should be prevented. Over‑application may lead to partial thermal decomposition of organic ester under sustained vulcanization heat, forming carbon‑like deposits on mandrel surfaces. Gradual wear of the ester‑based lubricating film occurs after repeated vulcanization cycles. Operators need to inspect mandrel surface condition regularly, and re‑apply release agent according to actual stripping performance of rubber tubes. For critical finished rubber tube products, preliminary bonding and painting trials are suggested before formal mass production.

For workshop operation, thoroughly clean metal mandrels or mold surfaces to eliminate old carbonized residues. Apply a thin and uniform coat of release agent by wiping, brushing or spraying. Allow adequate flash‑off time for carrier evaporation before loading rubber compound for vulcanization.

Prevent foreign particulate contamination, prolonged high‑temperature storage and direct sunlight. Long‑term thermal storage may trigger ester oxidation, which will deteriorate lubricating properties.

Major application fields: mandrel release for vulcanized rubber tubes and hoses; mold release for molded tubular rubber components; silicone‑free releasing auxiliary for rubber tube production requiring subsequent bonding and painting.

Store the product in tightly‑sealed original metal or plastic drums within 10‑30℃. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
