Silicone Light Diffusing Agent for PC LED Lampshade Ultra-fine white cross-linked polysiloxane spherical powder, specially developed for PC LED lampshade light diffusion modification. It balances high light transmittance and high haze, eliminates LED point light glare effectively with minimal light loss. Key Advantages - Balanced optical performance: 85%-93% light transmittance, 85%-90% haze, light loss below 5%, delivers soft uniform light without dark spots or crystal points - Ultra-high heat resistance: Withstands over 400℃, no yellowing or black spots during 260-320℃ PC injection/extrusion processing - Good compatibility: Narrow particle size distribution, disperses evenly in PC resin, no negative impact on base material impact strength - Weather & UV resistant: Stable Si-O-Si structure, no yellowing for long-term outdoor use, outperforms traditional acrylic diffusers - Cost effective: Only 0.5%-2% addition rate, 30%-50% lower dosage than acrylic alternatives under same haze requirement Core Specs Average particle size D50 2.0μm, refractive index 1.43, whiteness ≥95, solid content ≥98%, volatile matter ≤1%. Can be directly mixed with PC pellets for mass production, or pre-made into 5% masterbatch for small batches to ensure uniform dispersion.
