500cst Vinyl Silicone Oil (CAS 68083-19-2) is high purity linear divinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The medium viscosity vinyl silicone fluid serves as core base material for two-component addition cure electronic potting compound. Terminal vinyl groups participate in hydrosilylation crosslinking reaction with PMHS crosslinker. Balanced viscosity facilitates mixing, defoaming and vacuum potting production, and effectively avoids filler settlement. It is a preferred raw material for manufacturing soft or semi-rigid electronic silicone potting adhesive.

Usage Guidance
Mix evenly with matching methyl hydrogen silicone oil, platinum catalyst, thermal conductive filler and additives. Adjust formula proportion to control hardness, viscosity and curing time. Keep away from catalyst poisons including amine, tin substances, sulfur compounds and heavy metals to prevent incomplete curing.
Storage & Package
Store in tightly sealed drums. Keep in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
