Product Overview
Dry Expanded Hollow Polymer Microspheres CAS 38742-70-0 are pre-expanded hollow functional fillers specially developed for cement-based thermal insulation mortar. Featuring complete closed-cell hollow structure, the microspheres can be uniformly dispersed inside mortar systems. A large number of isolated air pockets are formed inside mortar matrix after mixing, which effectively improve thermal insulation performance and reduce bulk density to achieve lightweight modification.
The product enjoys good compatibility with cement, ash calcium powder and other conventional mortar raw materials. It has minor negative influence on workability and bonding strength of mortar. Usage Guide

Seal packages tightly to prevent moisture absorption during storage.
