Usage Guide
Add the expandable microspheres into textile puff ink slowly under low-speed stirring, and mix evenly at room temperature. Avoid high-speed shear stirring to prevent premature microsphere foaming and structural damage. After uniform blending, perform screen printing or offset printing as normal process. Complete stereo foaming and shaping through low-temperature baking and curing. Adjust dosage, baking temperature and time according to target embossing thickness and fabric type. Keep the finished ink sealed to avoid high temperature and moisture.
