Usage Guide
Add thermoexpandable microspheres into leather finishing coating or slurry under low-speed stirring condition, stir evenly at room temperature to avoid high shear force damaging microsphere structure and causing premature foaming. Apply uniform coating on leather surface after complete dispersion. Complete thermal expansion and suede texture forming through low-temperature drying and curing process. Adjust dosage, coating thickness and curing temperature appropriately according to target velvet fineness and matte degree. Keep materials sealed and moisture-proof during use and storage.
