Application Scope

Usage Guide

Dry blend nano silica powder evenly with plastic pellets before processing. Direct addition can be adopted for conventional injection molding and extrusion. For better dispersion and stable dimensional control effect, twin-screw granulation to prepare functional masterbatch is recommended. Adjust dosage according to product precision requirements, wall thickness and actual processing parameters. Prevent raw materials from moisture absorption.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 25kg moisture-proof composite bag with inner PE liner.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed, store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture absorption and caking, direct sunlight and long-term high temperature environment. Shelf life is 24 months under standard storage conditions.
