Usage Guide

Uniformly dry blend functional nano silica powder with PP/PE/nylon pellets and other auxiliaries before processing. Direct addition is available for injection molding and extrusion. For better dispersion and stable modification effect, twin-screw granulation to prepare masterbatch is preferred. Adjust dosage according to material formulation, product performance requirements and processing parameters. Keep raw materials sealed to avoid moisture absorption.

Packaging: 25kg moisture-proof composite bag with inner PE liner.

Storage: Keep tightly sealed, store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption and caking, avoid direct sunlight and continuous high temperature. Shelf life is 24 months under standard storage conditions.
