The complex lithium soap thickener builds a robust grease structural network, offering substantially better heat‑resistance compared with conventional simple lithium soap grease. It maintains integral paste structure under continuous high‑temperature operation and effectively suppresses grease softening, dripping and centrifugal oil throw‑off.
When applied to truck wheel hub bearings, the grease fills the internal clearance between rolling elements, raceways and cages. During long‑distance highway transportation, friction and braking heat raise hub bearing temperature. The formulated antioxidant system slows thermal‑oxidative degradation of the grease matrix, delaying hardening and sludge formation. Under heavy vehicle loads and intermittent shock impacts generated on rough road surfaces, extreme‑pressure additives form a protective boundary lubricating film to mitigate pitting, scuffing and fatigue wear on bearing contact surfaces.

It is suitable for wheel hub bearing service during truck maintenance, as well as lubrication of heavy‑duty high‑temperature rolling bearings on industrial machinery. Bearing filling quantity should follow service specifications. Over‑filling inside the hub cavity will restrict heat dissipation, cause excessive operating temperature and shorten grease service life.
Do not mix this complex lithium grease with ordinary lithium grease, calcium‑based or polyurea greases.
