The special complex sodium soap thickener framework delivers superior thermal stability compared to conventional simple‑soap thickeners. It maintains integrated grease structure at sustained elevated temperature and effectively delays grease hardening, coking and carbon‑slag formation. Meanwhile, the selected low‑viscosity synthetic base oil retains proper fluidity at‑40℃ without severe stiffening, allowing smooth cold startup after equipment shutdown in cold workshop environments.
When used for furnace rollers, hearth transfer bearings and oven conveyor bearings inside thermal processing furnaces, the grease forms a continuous lubricating film on raceways and rolling elements. It withstands periodic thermal cycling between cold standby status and high‑temperature running operation. For metallurgical equipment including roller table bearings, swing arms and hot‑conveying moving components, it resists thermal oxidation under continuous radiant heat exposure from hot metal workpieces.
Metallurgical and furnace working conditions are characterized by dust, thermal radiation and intermittent shock loads.
