The carbon black particles are evenly distributed throughout the synthetic hydrocarbon grease matrix to establish continuous conductive networks. The synthetic hydrocarbon base oil is formulated to minimize the risk of plastic softening, swelling and stress‑cracking, delivering excellent plastic compatibility.
When applied on sliding and stationary electrical contact interfaces, the grease forms a thin adherent composite lubricating film. Do not mix this carbon‑black thickened synthetic‑hydrocarbon conductive grease with silicone‑based grease, fluorosilicone grease or conventional lithium greases.
