Fine conductive filler particles build continuous conductive pathways inside the silicone grease matrix. The silicone base fluid endows the product with favorable thermal stability and low‑temperature flexibility, resisting excessive hardening or softening within a wide operating temperature span. The filler distribution is strictly controlled to avoid particle sedimentation during static storage.
When applied onto electrical contact surfaces, switch sliding interfaces and grounding connector mating faces, the grease forms a thin adherent composite film. The film maintains stable conductive paths between metal mating parts, ensures reliable grounding conduction and helps to dissipate local thermal energy generated at contact points. It reduces fretting corrosion caused by micro‑vibration on connectors, suppresses transient arcing risk during frequent switch actuation, and provides mild moisture‑proof sealing for the contact zone.
Under sustained mechanical vibration and cyclic switching operation, the grease exhibits good shear stability and resists oil bleeding. Anti‑oxidant additives slow thermal ageing of the silicone base fluid, delaying conductivity decline during long‑term service. The grease can withstand temperature fluctuation experienced by electrical equipment inside cabinets and outdoor connector housings.
It is suitable for assembly and maintenance greasing of sliding electrical contacts, rotary switches, earthing terminals and industrial power connectors. Coating thickness must be carefully controlled. Over‑application may cause filler accumulation and abnormally high contact resistance; too‑thin coating fails to mitigate fretting corrosion and cannot deliver durable grounding performance.
Do not mix this conductive silicone grease with hydrocarbon‑based conductive grease, lithium‑based grease or fluorosilicone grease. Incompatible blending disrupts the internal conductive filler network, triggers filler agglomeration and results in erratic contact resistance. Store in tightly sealed original containers inside cool, dry indoor warehouse.
