Made of high-purity crosslinked acrylic spherical particles, this product has stable physical and chemical properties and excellent processing adaptability for plastic extrusion molding. It can be evenly dispersed in PS, PC, PET and other transparent resin substrates to form a uniform light scattering structure, effectively dispersing point light sources, eliminating bright spots, glare and light shadow differences on the surface of lighting sheets. It perfectly balances light transmittance and haze, achieving soft and uniform light output for lighting panels.

It is crucial to note that the refractive index of crosslinked acrylic microspheres is very close to PMMA resin. When added to PMMA materials, no effective light refraction and scattering interface can be formed, resulting in invalid diffusion effect. Therefore, this product is only suitable for PS, PC and PET extrusion sheets, and is not applicable to PMMA acrylic substrates. With stable thermal resistance, low addition dosage and cost-effective advantages, it is a very ideal economical optical auxiliary for large-scale production of lighting extrusion sheets.

Usage Instructions

According to the required haze and transmittance of the finished extrusion sheet, adjust the appropriate addition proportion of acrylic microsphere diffuser. Mix the microspheres evenly with plastic raw material particles through a high-speed mixer before feeding. Follow the standard processing temperature range of the base resin. Avoid long-time high-temperature retention of mixed materials to ensure full dispersion of particles and stable optical performance of finished sheets.

Packaging and Storage

The product adopts sealed moisture-proof packaging to prevent particle moisture absorption and agglomeration. It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated indoor environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humid corrosive environment.
