DMDBS (CAS 135861-56-2) is a sorbitol-based polypropylene clarifying nucleating agent, equal to Millad 3988.
It effectively enhances the transparency and surface gloss of PP products, reduces haze value significantly.

Product Overview
DMDBS, CAS 135861-56-2, is a high-performance sorbitol transparent nucleating agent, fully equivalent to Millad 3988. It is specially developed for polypropylene materials. After adding into PP resin, it can greatly reduce product haze, improve transparency and surface gloss. The product owns excellent thermal stability, low odor, good dispersion, and meets requirements for food contact grade plastic products. Widely adopted in transparent PP injection and extrusion products.

Usage Guidance
Mix DMDBS evenly with polypropylene pellets directly, or make masterbatch in advance. Standard processing temperature range for PP production is available. Excessive processing temperature should be avoided to prevent material decomposition. The exact addition amount can be adjusted according to target transparency requirement.
Package & Storage
Packaging: 20kg paper-plastic composite bag with inner PE liner.Storage: Keep sealed in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 24 months under proper storage condition.
