Product Overview
30% Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion is water-based silicone release agent formulated with 350cst dimethyl silicone oil and nonionic emulsifiers. Designed for concrete precast industry. After spraying on mold surface, water evaporates gradually and silicone migrates to form a uniform hydrophobic isolation layer. It solves sticking problems of concrete slurry, avoids pits and blemishes on concrete finished products. Compared with oil-based release agents, it leaves less residue and does not affect follow-up painting or bonding of concrete.

Usage Guidance
Can be diluted with clean water at dilution ratio 1:2 ~ 1:5 according to actual working conditions. Evenly spray or brush on clean mold surface. Wait for partial drying before pouring concrete. Test suitable dilution ratio on site first. Avoid mixing with cationic chemicals.
Storage & Package
Seal containers tightly. Store in cool, ventilated warehouse, avoid freezing and long-time direct sunlight. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir evenly before use if layered.
