Product Overview

60% Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion is high active water-based silicone mold release agent specially developed for tire and vulcanized rubber industry. The product uses 1000cst polydimethylsiloxane as base fluid. After spraying on mold surface, water evaporates gradually. Under high vulcanization temperature, silicone spreads evenly to build a thin, continuous release film. It solves sticking defects in high-temperature rubber molding process. Compared with solvent type release agents, this waterborne emulsion lowers fire risk, reduces VOC emission and improves workshop operation safety.

Usage Guidance

Recommended dilution ratio with pure water: 1:3 ~ 1:8 based on production conditions. Spray or brush evenly on thoroughly cleaned mold surface. Leave appropriate drying time before feeding rubber compound. Complete small-scale trial test to confirm optimal dilution proportion. Avoid mixing with cationic chemical additives.

Storage & Package

Seal the drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Protect from freezing and long-time direct high temperature exposure. Standard packing: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir fully if stratification occurs before use.
