50% Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion (CAS 63148-62-9) is prepared with 5000cst dimethyl silicone oil and stable nonionic emulsifier system. When applied to die casting molds, water evaporates to form continuous lubricating isolation layer. It effectively lubricates mold cavity, prevents alloy melt adhesion, minimizes casting burrs and surface defects. Widely adopted water-based lubricant for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die casting manufacturing.
Product Overview
50% Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion is high concentration waterborne silicone lubricant customized for metal die casting industry. Raw base fluid is 5000cst polydimethylsiloxane. After spraying onto preheated mold surface, moisture evaporates rapidly, and silicone spreads evenly to form heat-resistant lubricating film. It lowers friction between molten alloy and mold surface, solves sticking problems in high-temperature die casting. Compared with oil-based lubricants, this waterborne emulsion generates less smoke and carbon residue, optimizing casting quality and workshop environment.

Usage Guidance
Dilute with clean pure water, typical dilution ratio: 1:4 ~ 1:10 according to casting temperature and product structure. Uniformly spray on preheated mold cavity. Complete small batch die casting test to confirm optimal concentration. Do not mix with cationic chemicals.
Storage & Package
Keep drums tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid freezing and long-term high temperature storage. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir evenly if slight stratification occurs before use.
